Rising to an impressive 140 feet, Peace & West is a striking multi-family development that brings modern urban living to downtown Raleigh. The building’s distinctive brick façade features a variety of shapes and textures (22 different ones), adding architectural interest and a sense of timelessness to the cityscape.

At the street level, the project is anchored by a Publix grocery store, offering residents and the surrounding community convenient access to fresh food and daily essentials, making it one of the first full-service grocery stores in the downtown area.
