About this Project:
This brand-new correctional facility was a much-needed investment for the City of Saginaw, designed to enhance public safety, improve inmate services, and support modern law enforcement operations. There was a mixture of ground face block for a smooth polished appearance as well as split face block for texture and visual contrast. Both types were supplied by Grand Blanc Cement Products, ensuing durability and regional material sourcing.
