About this Project:
Located on the north side of the Saginaw Valley State University campus, the new Pine Grove West Housing development is being constructed to provide additional student housing for the 2026 school year. The project includes new wood-framed residential buildings designed to expand on-campus living options while creating an exterior that fits naturally within the established university environment.

Boettcher Masonry is completing the brick veneer work for the new housing units. While brick veneer represents just one part of a large construction project, it plays an important role in both the appearance and long-term performance of the finished buildings.

The masonry exterior gives the new student housing a durable, finished look while helping the buildings complement the architecture found throughout the SVSU campus.
