Saginaw Valley State University – Student Housing
Location: Saginaw, MI
Construction Manager: Spence Brothers
About this Project:
The Saginaw Valley State University Student Housing project was designed to support the university’s growing student population with two major buildings: Living Center North and Living Center South. Built with wood-framed construction and a brick veneer exterior, the housing complex combines durability with classic, residential-style charm.
Boettcher Masonry crafted the brick veneer façade, featuring traditional patterns and welcoming pillars that create a home-like atmosphere for students. The design blends professional masonry techniques with architectural details that provide both aesthetic appeal and lasting quality.

These student housing facilities not only expand SVSU’s on-campus living options but also enhance the overall campus environment, offering a comfortable, attractive, and durable living space for the university community.
